CRM Recommendations
Looking for the best CRM's for a broker/funder. Any suggestions?

Depends on budget and API requirements.
- SalesForce is the standard and you can make it do anything if you're willing to pay to build it out, or have an inside technical team.
- PipeDrive is a sales-centric CRM to focus on KPI, but has less customization available.
- Zoho is an inexpensive option, you can customize it pretty well but not all funders/lenders have API integration available and customer support is abysmal.
- Industry-specific CRMs tend to be more expensive but you're paying a premium to have access to built-in integration for CCD/syndication/etc.

Centrex Software is one of the best platforms dedicated to the finance sector. We know the industry, we know lending, and we know tech. Doesn't matter if you are broker, funder, or syndicator, we have it all. Features include:
Esign, web form integration, lender matchmaking, email marketing, SMS marketing, broker management, pulling credit, pulling DL, tracking commissions, tracking renewals, servicing funded deals, paying out syndicates, and much more. Here is a link to our website and demo video as well.

Centrex
I've used Centrex Software for multiple years. Not only do they continuously upgrade the technology, their team is incredibly accessible to assist with enhancement requests. Having consulted with multiple funders on Centrex Software, and others, I strongly recommend Centrex.

Broker suite is a salesforce based crm built for Brokers in our space. Just got it and it is fantastic.. Babylon Solutions is the company that built it out for us.. Much cheaper than getting sales force and starting from scratch.

Hey guys, I know it's been a couple years — I built a newer software called Fundmore specifically for brokers.
What separates Fundmore from all the options above is that you and your reps will actually enjoy using it.
It's designed to be easy and even fun to use, and it has a bunch of features that will help you fund more:
- Track deals, submissions, offers, advances, commissions, etc.
- Sub out to multiple funders in one click
- Auto funder matching based on 17+ criteria
- Renewals manager with paid-in percentage
- Real time dashboard with performance metrics
- Lead source tracking to see highest ROI
- Assign managers over reps with data access controls
- Mobile & desktop app (PWA)
Costs $199/user/month, no additional fees, no contract (cancel anytime).
You can try it free for 2 weeks before you make any decisions.

Salesforce has been the best for us. Yes it is a little expensive but you pay for what you get.

Salesforce forces you into a 12 month contract, after a short trial period, if you want to continue with them. They used to charge $120+ per user, it might be more now. They come with a lot of pre-built tools and extensions but you need to pay additional for support to use these bells and whistles and the prices can get up there fast, usually starting at $1,000+ per feature.
You can always use a programmer to customize any crm you decide to use. If you're a small to mid size shop or just starting, Salesforce is usually overkill, as you won't appreciate what you're paying for. But obviously they have a great reputation.
