    How is this guy still around?? he submitted fake zbl's to us the first time around and has been getting submitted weekly ever since.... Some of these merchants are so friggin resilient -

    Tried funding him last year and again recently this year. Did bank log and looked legit. The problem is that every time we do Funding call, the 75 years old man refuses to proceed with fund and goes:

    - I never applied with you
    - I am not aware of anything
    - I never signed any MCA Agreement with your company
    - Who the hell are you?

    Finally, when we show them executed DocuSign docs submitted to his email address he claims he never signed anything. He keeps mentioning that his emails have been hacked.
