What does "Working with a direct lender will attract more agents or broker for submit more deals" mean?? You make it sound like you were working for a super ISO that brought in deals from other brokers. But you talk about working with a 'direct lender'(funder)? How else would you fund deals?

Sir, Im an ISO, but dont deal with merchant, I work only with agents or brokers that send me their "hard to fund"deals and we place them with different lenders, but have another brokers that arent interested in split commission, but they told me that once Im working with a direct lender as an ISO Manager, they will be pleasure in send me their deals.

So to just clarify the terms youre using, you arent an ISO by yourself, if using a normal definition of independent sales org. You work for an ISO or broker being a middleman for other brokers '****ty' deals, wanting to be a manager for a direct funder(not lender) of MCAs. Good luck
