ISO MANAGER / CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Profile
Arcarius LLC an alternative lending platform, is currently hiring for a motivated ISO Manager / Customer Relationship Manager role to join the sales team and to generate new business by promoting the Company’s business financing solutions to small businesses while developing direct leads, engaging new ISOs relationships and leading marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Expand - define ISOs relationship
• Generation of new leads into customers
• Develop relationships with business owners to identify revenue opportunities and broaden their knowledge of the Company’s product offerings
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of existing customers through efficient pipeline management
• Source new opportunities through added channels, re-engagement of accounts, and prolonging customer relationships
• Qualify potential clients to ensure the right financing product is presented
• Assist prospects throughout the sales cycle, starting with the completion of a financing application through funding
• Work with the underwriting team to ensure proper documentation and key financial information is collected from the prospect
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and sales practices to keep up with changes in the competitive landscape
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Previous experience selling to SMBs or experience working in the financial services industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota, goal oriented
• Strong negotiating and prospecting skills
