    Funding For Retail Wireless Stores

Any know where I can get an approval with a 1.15-factor rate over a year? Merchant doing 3M a month as a franchise owner of multiple wireless stores. Does anyone know who can get this done?

Hard money lenders do rates like that, and even cheaper, with interest only and a balloon.

But he is a wireless store owner, most likely he doesnt own any of his properties.. Hard money is based on the property value.

He asked a very wide open question. There are no MCAs like that, but there are other loans if the collateral is there. Factoring also does rates like that, but they don't have true AR. If his credit is excellent, I can get him bank APR with Prime + rates. Maybe "Daily" Funder means only daily payments i.e. cash advances?

You leave out many details - but, a business owner doing $3 Million a month in gross sales,
should not have to utilize MCA Factor Rates for capital.

We can consider on credit card split for 10 months. Money factor would be subject to underwriting. We have funded wireless stores in the past.

Many business owners doing 3MM plus a month utilize MCA's, who knows what is on their credit/background.

And who knows what they need the money for, if they can get a return on top of a factor rate.... why wouldnt they utilize an mca?

It was a general statement - even in these times, MCA Underwriting is more strict and if there is a better
alternative for a business owner to obtain capital at a lower cost is a better direction.

Maybe not the most money for an sales rep - but could be a much better situation for the merchant.
