    Thumbs up HFH Capital Funding

    Does anyone have a contact here?

    It seems when you try to reach out to them you are put on the death hold and no one answers the phone...

    werent they on the new lawsuit with yellow?

    Good Morning, we apologize for the inconvenience on the phones, we are working with our telephony provider Five9 to address any technical issues. We do also have several ISO Reps on vacation right now so this may be why it is taking longer than usual for you to get a rep on the phone.

    It's NEVER a good sign when a funder/broker doesn't answer the phone or reply to emails.

    Huge red flags bud.

    While we know and appreciate that individuals enjoy creating interesting stories on the Daily Funder, we have already answered the questions above with several contact options. You can feel free to reach out to any of the emails provided if you feel you are waiting too long on the phone. We do admittedly not have the largest staff so sometimes an email may be the quickest way to get a response especially during the holidays.

    Anyone who is submitting to us will know these contacts already but if you are a new ISO looking to sign up with us feel free to visit our website and sign up or just send an email to submit@hfhcapitalfunding.com and you will get an ISO packet automatically as well as our Funding Parameters. If you have any COVID related funding questions we are happy to answer those directly as well!

    They are not the most phone friendly people in the world but they are good people. If you email submit or Edward you get a response.
