    Cannabis Company- Commercial Property Purchase in Alaska

    Hello,

    I have a client who runs a successful cannabis business that is looking to purchase an additional commercial location. The property and business is located in Anchorage, Alaska.

    Purchase price of the location is $500k, borrower can put up to 20% down. This is a debt free cannabis business looking to purchase an additional retail/grow facility.

    Owner has excellent personal credit. This is for a family friend so hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

    My first suggestion is that the merchant should be going to the bank they are depositing to. If he has great credit and a business that is cash flow positive, regardless of it being cannabis they should be taking large consideration in getting a deal done with this depositor.

    Otherwise there are a couple ways to attack this option, but without seeing financials and I would advise you to first start off using www.scotsmanguide.com to find private or an alternative lender outside of your traditional avenues

    Cshoke, is this a CBD no-THC business? I know a bank that has actually done SBAs with non-THC cannabis facilities, and the owners own some farms themselves. I don't know if they're actively doing SBAs right now, but give me a bit more information and I can send an email over to the bank to make an inquiry.
