Im pretty sure this wasn't even possible pre-covid but is there anyone that can do 15 mos on transportation? Merchant has 40 trucks he finances and does over 1 million a month. I've been bouncing him between a couple different lenders over the past few years and they've all been 12 mos terms. Even when I had him on a second. Thanks.

Can you find out if he's factoring already and let us know?
The way to find out easiest is to look in the bank statements and see if he's got in-bound wires constantly coming in from one particular place. If so, coming behind a factor with an intercreditor agreement is also a really exciting opportunity.

What's the credit like?
Is there any real estate to leverage that's not already leveraged?
