KALAMATA - One Of My Personal Favorites

First off I wanna say Kalamata has always been one of my favorite lenders.. I know they had a recent restructuring so I just wanna shout out my rep that made that transition seamless. Usually when I fund deals with Kalamata they are 100k plus so of course I'm sensitive where I send and knowing my deals are protected is important. I wanna say we have funded numerous deals since March using Amy as our rep and she has been amazing the latest being 150k on Monday. I'm the type of guy where on more than one occasion i'm known to miss a stip or two but with her everything gets pushed out. There have been no backdoor signals or anything of that nature. So definitely for your 1-5th position deals I can safely recommend Amy Elrich. They truly fund A-D paper, have very unique programs and are competitive and have rates comparable to a bfs but a million times easier to fund with thank god

Too much for me to read but something about Kalamata selling leads to a credit repair company? Idrc about that I mean backdoor in terms of I get an offer then someone is calling my merchant. Those leads couldve been sold 30 days after submitting and these guys info is everywhere anyway. I meant more of a malicious form of backdooring.

people do not pay $35 a lead for old leads for credit repair. Also do a little research into who yosef clapman is,his work history and who his family members with the same last name are.

Still cant figure out if I should work with them. I used to and hated it. Now since the mass exodus over there and my old pearl rep moving to kalamata I am tempted. But seems like there are too many question marks to risk sending them files.

I’m just saying from my personal experience I’ve funded Multiple deals around 400k and haven’t had to lift a finger for renewals and get paid everytime aside from that they stack themselves and will still renew the previous position and pay you regular points on both positions it’s one of my favorite relationships and I’ve experienced 0 bull****.

Also I’m not saying your wrong or anything but I’ve seen people pay 35$ plus and still get the ****tiest data. I’m sure a company like kalamata no matter how fresh or old is going to charge top dollar for whatever they are selling

Also I’ve never had a fox deal that kalamata couldn’t beat unless it was just too high risk for kalamata to price. No shade being thrown just saying cuz it was posted in my thread about kalamata

Kinda funny how they fund your "D" 1-5th position when they advertise B and C paper 1-3rd. I am sure Amy is great at what she does.

I wonder how much of that has to do with Amy being your rep. She’s legit one of the best in the industry.

I am pretty sure they are cousins, but no business connection. Joey is a great guy, Marcus a little less so, in my opinion

Looks like they are suing him in Kings County. Wonder why there.
