    Performing and Non Performing Notes for Sale...ANY NOTE BUYER ON THIS FORUM????

    Send me your buying criteria and states interested in purchase notes (including if want Performing or Non Performing). Brokers Welcome if follow our guidelines.

    Thats not how it works, most note buyers have direct contacts and dont need a 3rd party involved - On a typical transaction, i would ask the seller ( bank or private) to send me a tape and that usually consists of 50-100 properties with the credit profiles and coupon - we would make an offer and purchase these notes, filter out the ones we like and resell - this is how it happens all over the country - and 99.9% of the time the borrower doesnt know because its being handled by a servicer.


    I have hundreds of notes available - but we only deal with institutional buyers.
