Looking for lender for art portfolio and art assets
I have a client with an appraised art portfolio in the range of $40MM, looking for $16MM, short-term bridge loan. I have another client with art assets appraised at over $200MM, looking for $5MM, also for short-term bridge loan. Both clients understand hard money will not be at bank rates.

99.9% of these deals are fakes.
Do yourself a favor and ask for a real appraisal (not from the insurance company) and chain of ownership and/or purchase receipt (from auction) that shows what THEY paid for it. Also do some research on the appraiser to find out how authentic they are, call the appraiser to discuss it, and find out if they did the isotope dating tests. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/06/a...lear-bomb.html

ABfunders is correct.
When you are dealing with these type of one off working capital requests, its important to do your due diligence. Remember these three important letters "KYC" (know your customer). It goes a long way to take 10 minutes to do some research and ask the right questions. It saves you time which is just as important as money.

Micah, I've worked with one client for almost two years and have already obtained one loan for him on his art assets and know the value. The other I've also had the value verified and the artist is well-known. So I'm guessing by your response, you are not a lender for this.

MissouriBroker, then you are the 0.1%.
I'm a broker anyway, and I've seen these types of deals before, and I'm glad to see that these deals actually DO exist out there

MissouriBroker1,
Reach out to Tom Venditti. I have worked with him a few years ago. He is 100% legit, and an expert in the field.
