As a new broker in the industry, how does one know whether the leads the broker shop provides are of good quality? It seems most of it are UCC leads (old leads).

As a new broker in the industry, how does one know whether the leads the broker shop provides are of good quality? It seems most of it are UCC leads (old leads).

Unfortunately most shops buy the cheapest data they can which means they buy from a data reseller, list broker or the guy selling web scraped data out of his mom's basement. So yes, the data would seem old, not accurate or just not good.
