Medical Equipment collateral
medical spa in Miami, not open currently for the next month due to Covid. Has 5million worth of medical equipment owns outright would like to use as collateral to get funding. Anyone do this type of deal? please pm

Its called a Leaseback, tricky part is to find a ABL Lender that will do what merchant has. Best to start gathering asset list and financials.

Medspa equipment is tough. Our appetite will hinge on what exactly the equipment is.
