If this is excel cap mgmt, they syndicate a percentage, not a funder, at all. They do not syndicate on every deal.

If you took PPP you must show an audit of where the money went if you default on the loan. Banks will be audited regardless for loans in excess of $2Mil default of not. For smaller loans, bank get audited regularly and you can cool believe the regulators are going to pay close attention to all the PPP loans.....especially loans given to NON bank customers to make sure the banks followed KYC and AML rules.

The DOJ anf AG have already brought charges to people who fraudulently attempted or took money. Bank fraud is a felony. The FTC has also charge people for advertising PPP loans when they were not the lender or associated with the lender.

Most banks are separating the funds for audit purposes. At least the smart banks are. You have to account for every penny.
