I have a merchant that did around $3 mill in 2019. Month to date for April is over $8 mill. They are selling on Amazon and projected sales for 2020 is going to be around $58 mill.

They need some funds to help with cash flow because Amazon holds a large amount of their funds for about 2 weeks.

I tried to get this done, the main problem is that they have a loan with Amazon for $1 mill and they are in the first position.

The merchant does not want to pay Amazon off so someone would have to be willing to take a second position.

Financials are strong.

They would be looking for a conventional loan, SR Debt preferably.

That high of an amount would have to take the first position on the inventory as well, and Amazon already has it. Unless there's real estate. Or a conventional SR debt sounds doable if they are willing to pay off Amazon.
