    south end capital ppp loans

    Any body have a contact for someone who works at southend capital?

    It is a automated system - read their web site - they do not answer the phone very often

    Any idea if they are paying commsions on ppp loan refferal's

    Or another comanys that are ?

    Yes they are paying .50% of what they make. SBA has waived all of their fees so I do not know how much fees can be charged. The scary part is most banks are not accepting outside applications, they are only sourcing the applications from their existing customers.

    In addition, the min. PPP loan amount is $100K with SouthEnd. Feel free to share if you know another lender, lending below this amount. Thanks

    There is a lot of misinformation regarding these programs.

    I would encourage anyone interested - Read the Treasury Department Regulations and the SBA Guidelines.

    I've listened to 4 of these sessions, there is NOT a pot of gold for brokers in these programs.

    I've used South End in the past. Horrible communication. Took them 6 months to close a 350K SBA loan. When it finally closed, It ended up funding with Newtek.
