    PSA-Communications

    Hi DF,

Most financial services professionals are working remotely. A few key things to keep in mind:
-Some have the ability to forward office calls to their cell phones. During high volume times, it may not work efficiently so calling cell phones is best.
-If you don't leave a voicemail for those that have messages forward to e-mail. They will never know you called. It is best and considerate to always leave a voice message. Also, make sure to clean out your messages often.
-E-Mail. SPAM filters are cranked up as e-mail traffic is very high. I suggest confirming receipt of any and all important messages.

    Best,

    Kevin

Dave-Some may be using these accounts as a back-up to their corporate accounts. I don't like the use of them under normal circumstances, but am OK with it if used along with corporate e-mail addresses. It is ALWAYS a good idea to have your FULL contact details in all of your e-mail signatures to help with communication.
