We wont do a 4th but maybe we can consolidate some or all of the MCA's. It all depends on the balance, their completion % and their monthly gross as well as the daily balances.
PM me with details.

who would WANT to do a fourth position, except for one of these Johnny Come Latelys, who have no clue about the business? You are GUARANTEED to get stacked on & lost in the pile when the merchant implodes. IF a merchant already has 3 and is looking for more, they have given you a very clear indication that htey have no regard for your company or their parameters.

4th Position....
I don't disagree with the notion a merchant can implode with stacking but under the right circumstance it works. Merchants business can be growing immensely after there 1st or 2nd round of financing, maybe the funders aren't going to refinance there deals but they need the capital to keep growing, so what do they do ? They take a 4th position instead of consolidating and paying quadruple interest when they don't have too. On the other hand there are merchants and lenders who take and give deals that put businesses in default. That's why every merchant should be treated on a case by case basis, we should not deprive a growing and healthy business a 4th position because a irresponsible business puts themselves in trouble. I have seen 1st position deals that were much more shaky then 3rd and 4th's, that's why our business is so unpredictable and risky.....

Im sorry, I dont see how a 4th position is ever a good idea for the merchant or the bank... The merchant may not realize it but with that many loans out their cash flow is getting killed, and for the bank if the merchant will go 4 you know they will go 5.. Why do it, what is there to gain??? For the ISO why waste time trying to squeezer out and fight for a 4th position when your time can be spent working deals that have a real profit margin.. I just dont get it

4th Position....
What happens when your A paper client starts to stack and stack behind your back? Your plans to make some easy money every few months renewals goes to ****. You are pretty much left in the balance not being able to renew them ever again. I agree with the opinions against stacking, but when a particular client goes off he deep end, might as well try and earn now because you'll never earn on him again. I never encourage my merchants to take 2nds etc, but when in Rome....if I don't try someone else will. Can't leave money on the table.

4th Position....
Jimmy on the phone. What has this industry come to when guys are brokering 4th. Sounds like the ISO dare they call themselves that are as desperate as the merchant. Good thing the guys with 4th positions sellers don't have the core competencies to solicit and compete in the 1st position field.

this thread is from back in October instead of posting 100 times that you do this and you do that, go to promotions write up who you are and what you do in 1 post and then people might acually see the big picture about your company and who you are and what you do. Looking back 6 months and digging up posts so you can say "I CAN DO THAT" is not going to get anyones attention on here.. Especially when the majority of the thread is about how stacking is killing the industry.JUST SAYING
