    Sticking with...

I’ve been sticking with Everest/Vader, Par, Advantage, Kalamata, and EFinancial Tree. They are all funding, and combined, pretty much complete the puzzle as far as A-C paper and offer sizes go. Like Warren Buffet says - ‘When everyone else is scared, you should be greedy’.

Not only do I not think this business is ‘over’ or ‘completely paused til the new year’, I think the real players in the business are seeing it as an opportunity to weed out all the dead weight. If 4 of 10 submissions were getting funded in the past and now it’s 2 of 10 submissions - than just work twice as hard. Doom and gloomers be gone!

Yes Sir, we are still funding and yes we have tightened up on our guidelines under the
current state of affairs. We have some temporary restricted industries and are not funding
in hot spot areas of the pandemic. Reach out if you need a copy of the guidelines.

On a good note, we are getting deals out the door daily and plan to continue.

I think you're spot on with your above statement -

“If 4 of 10 submissions were getting funded in the past and now it’s 2 of 10 submissions -
than just work twice as hard. Doom and gloomers be gone!”
    Well Said!

Hope everyone in the DF Community is well and staying safe!!
