thats wrong about other peoples money -- I think companies that are funding are understanding that each business owner will do his best to stick out the american dream and not fold for a very few tough period -- lets keep in mind -- there have been winters with blizzards that have brought states to their knees. -- i do think those funding now need to really know what they are doing....if all have tough time newbies will have the harder time -- so if you have 100 merchant portfolio you may not have the ability to swing...

Most are not --but there are that either dont know how bad the file is or already know and hope it will get funded by us not doing our Job and then they hold their breath (and pray) like someone trying to sneak into an event with a fake ticket and when we pull them to the side (knowing we did our job) they come and complain.

Forward, Everst, Yellowstone, Pearl and many others are all on hiatus pending landscape clarity. Be advised many Lenders will not do business in NY, CA, Miami FL and Dallas TX. For the ones that are conducting business they are not stupid they are just operating in the confines of businesses that will excel under the current environment conditions. The approvals being put out many times are a little shorter Terms, reduced funding amounts and to specific industries like health care, transportation (certain cases) and food distribution.
