I don’t work there anymore, as most folks know, I sold the fintech subsidiary of the company (the part relevant to daily Funder) to a great group of investors (SecurCapital) and have a great new CEO, McLean Wilson. McLean has great experience in ABL and FactorAdvantage, which he’s only making stronger and more accessible to more companies. But don’t contact me, unless u need intro; contact Breakout (Steve Safirstein or McLean Wilson) for more info. But I think they may be one of the few lower rate lenders still active.

I am not sure about the MCA world as we do not do any business in the industry. Some companies in other facets of alternative lending may have changed guidelines as the environment has certainly chained. It would be prudent to take the temperature of any alternative finance company before sharing any deals. We are fine as we have a good balance sheet. I have heard that some factors have laid off a lot of staff and reeled it in a bit....especially the non-recourse factors in the apparel trade. Others that have credit facilities with the usual suspects that supply them have had their credit partners tighten rules/credit. Again, we do not have this issue.....
