No! Not only did he not default, he's 40% of the way paid in. And we are talking about a super small deal. A 3 figure commission - so I'm glad I found out about main st cash on something insignificant like this. Still, the amount is not the point here - it's the principal of the situation. And it's what forums like daily funder are all about.

NOPE. Not only that - but yesterday, Joe Cerullo filled out a bogus capital request on my website - with the funds being used 'for the ladies'. Is this guy kidding me? What a loser.

I'm confused lol just wanted to know before submitting deals to them. If they aren't paying commission, that changes things.

Not sure what you're confused with - I did a deal with them. They didn't, and still haven't, paid me for it.

I see what you mean now, I did not understand the ladies part.

Please keep us updated if they end up doing the right thing.

Hey, Joe, do the right thing and stick to what your broker agreement entails. The broker brought you the deal, and the merchant is still paying. Pay the man.
    Agreed here

I am not getting into whether MainSt screwed you or not.

However, having worked with 3 funders since December, your name has come up for being a broker who doesn't "do the right thing" for those funding your deals.

Emails circulated amongst these funders that were obtained from your merchants.

One deal in question, being 40 days, you write to the merchant bas follows:

Subject: Re: the plan for the next 20 days...
    &
right now it's at $1000 a week, but I will be negotiating that down for you.

Michael, do you close the majority of your deals by promising them all they have to do is make only half the required payments??
