If this is a clean 2nd with over 30 days payments history, it sounds like a perfect fit for us. We go out up to 44 weeks on 2nd position deals, with buy rates starting at 1.25.

depends on the terms of the first position

so does every merchant. they have to know its on them not on you.. it's not impossible but they need good credit, good balances, 1st position generally would have to be 15-24 months(higher end more likely) and a manageable advance balance
