    Merchant has 8 MCA Balances & a real estate collateral loan-Any other options?

    Total MCA Balances $115K
    Deposits around $100K-125K per month

    Any lenders that will do a consolidation?

    .... unless the merchant has a good connection inside the local bank, or the personal credit (of the merchant or another personal guarantor) is outstanding (which I really doubt), then yes, this client is very close to going out of business.

    My guess would be that whatever credit cards they have would be near maxed-out if not fully maxed. If I’m not mistaken, it would be hard to get that done if more than 33% of current credit card limit is used.

    what type of real estate and how much equity is in that real estate? if theres enough equity you can do cash-refi commercial mortgage and pay everything off

    70% LTV in 3 to 5 business days 620 score 30 year term 7% to 10.99% Must close in an LLC or Company name No tax returns bring your own appraisal Most any major metropolitan area no paper app! Please advise if 70% will accomodate your WBL deal... Thanks!
