    So it goes like this: lenders lend money. But MCAs aren’t loans, they are purchase/sale of future receivables. Therefore MCA funding companies refrain from calling themselves lenders, so as to avoid potential legal and usury issues.

    Listen, I get that you're always butthurt and looking to lash-out, but the (wait for this) OWNER OF THIS SITE has made it a point to state many, many times that people using this forum -- who either broker or fund MCAs -- use the proper language so as to not put the industry at some sort of risk.

    How hard is that to understand?

    MCA 101: We are NOT LENDERS. THESE ARE NOT LOANS.

    The LEAST you can do if you come on here and pitch about how different and great you are, the LEAST you could do is not break the first rule of MCA.

    Why should someone trust you with their files, which brokers WORK THEIR @$$'s off for, if you don't even know that basic but EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DISTINCTION?

    When I learned who WestCoast is I wasn’t shocked.

    But in the end (despite the **** head that he is) he generally has a point.

    He’s not off with what he says.
