    Golf Course-RE Collateral Deal 48% LTV (Past Due)

    Need a collateralized lender

    Past Due on Mortgage (4 Months) owes $900K Payoff
    RE Business Loan -Most likely past due $$550K Payoff
    3 MCA's totaling $70K bouncing payments

    Very low cash flow until March when season begins
