My experience with YSC has been great so far. Their offers always fund unless there's something found during the closing process that gives them a legitimate reason not to fund. They can get big ticket deals done quickly. And their flexible buyrates really helps get deals done.

I'm looking to find another funding partner that operates in a similar fashion, targeting similar paper. Heard SPG, Chrome and Hop are in the same arena, but haven't worked with them yet. Any recs would be greatly appreciated
