    As far as the regulations around deceptive practices? Who would really have a problem with that? Unless you are , in fact, engaging in these deceptive practices?

    Its insurance and other products as well. i believe if not 1 coj was ever filed or used -- we would see these same ideas being presented.

    I agree EXCEPT that regulations are often written by people who are not from the industry, which can create unintended consequences and make them cumbersome to comply with - even for those who play ethically. From what I've seen in other industries, those who are well funded for lawyers, licensing and insurance survive and those who aren't won't. Of course, if/when the hammer comes down we'll have no one to blame but ourselves as an industry, so there's that...
