    Max. Refi/Equity/Rehab/Flip/Working Capital "As Is" LTV: 80%.
    Max. L-T-C for Rehab/Flip/Repositioning: 90%.
    Max. Loan Term: 24 mos.
    Max. Loan Size - Whole Loan Purchase: $2.75mm.
    Payments: Monthly
    Rates: 15%-17%

    Depends on what you consider ABL. True ABL (AR, Inventory, and M&E) is something we provide as well as factoring facilities. With our factoring facilities we can include inventory and M&E as an accomodation.
