    Are there any good 1st position lenders out there that payoff more than 50k!?!?

    Yes, they will all pay off $50k, if they won't. They aren't a major lender. But the merchant will still have to net, probably at least 60% of the deal and probably more. Double check what the lenders "Payoff Rule" or, how much do they have to net when paying off a current MCA.

    Quite a few lenders might niot payoff such a high balance unless you are DEALING with someone who gets exceptions done

    Key Questions.... When did they get the advance? Do they gross over double ++ the amount of the payoff? How long have they been open? There are a lot of details missing from this question. PM me.

    As long as the merchant qualifies for enough, paying off a $50k balance shouldn't be a problem for most sources. According to your other post, it looks like this merchant has 2 balances for a combined $50k. That is where you might run into some problems.

    Swift Capital, they pay up to 85k as long as merchant nets 50%
    Second place? Set of steak knives.
