    Who can fund big files that have personal BK

    I have a client doing a mil a month in personal BK. Where would you send?

    Cooper funds files where there is an open 13. The exceptions are if they just filed or are a serial filer.

    How long has he been paying on the plan?

    If it's a Chapter 11, its a business bankruptcy case, not a personal Ch 13.

    Funding a Ch 11 requires Court Approval, as Debtor In Possession(DIP) financing. Never heard of BK CT approving an MCA or anything similar-
