    I was once given a GREAT piece of advice: when you post your email/website somewhere, make sure to spell the domain correctly.

    You wrote: jxr@premierelendingllc.com - that domain goes to a google 404 Error page, aka no site.

    There IS a site: www.premierlendingllc.com

    Best I can tell, and I apologize in advance if I'm wrong. But it looks like you either can't spell your own domain, even when Cmarks asks you to, or you are trying to defraud premierlendingllc.com.

    According to https://verify-email.org/ the email address you posted with the dead domain is REAL while the potentially corrected email jxr@premierlendingllc.com doesn't exist.

    Again hope I am wrong and apologize in advance if I am but this is SKETCHY to say the least. Sorry, not trying to start any "Rumores"
