    Lead and Live Transfer review

For the benefit of the board here are my impressions from mca leads and live transfers I recently purchased from Enablement Data. The total number of leads was about 2500 names/numbers for around $1000 and 25 live transfers for $1125

On a scale of 1-10 I'd give the mca leads an average of 6.0 with the following breakdown

    Data point: 7.5
    Aged web join: 7
    Declines: 4.5
    submission/approval: 5

Live mca transfers were only 30 (25+5 replacements) so not a huge sampling but here's how they fared:

3 - invalid leads (one was a professional plaintiff !!)
7 - submissions w/docs (high number of defaults which I learned after submitting)
7 - not qualified (didn't have enough revs or had judgements/defaults)
8 - app out (sent application and followed up multiple times but never submitted)
4 - not interested now (possible deals in the future)
1 - funded (small deal $4000 who promptly defaulted in 1st week lol!)

These impressions are strictly my own so, others using the same leads might have different results better or worse.

Currently I'm using Landfall Data live transfers (50) and when I'm done I'll let y'all know how they did.

    Cheers!

I have used Enablement Data since 10/2017. They are one of several lead providers we use. I only have used their web forms, not live lead transfers. To be exact I have received 1,599 web forms based on my particular criteria. Everyone's results will vary based on product and ability. Our cost is exactly 32.9% of revenues generated from their leads, very respectable when you are purchasing leads. Whenever you are in the lead buying market you have to make the numbers work on a 3% closing average. Enablement Data is good resource to have. And also understand when buying leads, you will not see your ROI for 90 days IMO

I agree! I plan to continue using Enablement Data in the future. I find them very accessible even though I'm a small shop. I also concur that results can differ greatly which is why I'm trying different products to find the best fit. I'm hopeful my own experiences including money/time spent will help the fine folks here at DF because it's always best to learn from others' mistakes cuz no one would survive making them all themselves lol!!
