I have a merchant doing $50-60k a month in gross. Banks are awful with tons of NSF and overdrafts.

CC sales are around $25k. Guy is looking for 60k based on his cc sales.

What is the largest amount someone will fund in terms of % of cc sales? As in is there anyone out there doing 2x cc sales?

I am assuming no especially with the bank statements.

I know a broker who can submit these, I'm happy to pass along the contact info. Make a fee agreement first with the client, then send over an app, and Amex takes care of the rest.

I will never say "never" in this business, but NO - & Amex won't touch the file, plus roughly 3X monthly credit card sales?

You may start them with a smaller cc split / lockbox and every few months as their business volume increases,
provide additional funding.

2nd Option:

Do they own the property? FICO? TIB?
