Anyone know of a Direct Funder-Private Investor/s for a deal like this? Thank you.

Summary:
*Need a $5M bridge loan (developmental funds), payback no less than 5 months, no more than 12 months
*$250K increments minimum ( not the full $5M up front)
*They have $126M in LOI's lined up for release once they complete final engineering reviews (expected at 5 months, but may extend depending on permits). The $5M+ cost of capital paid back immediately once funds are released.
*Have output purchase commitments up to 350% of capacity.
*Not interested in diluting their equity any further, which is why they are willing to pay the high factor rate.
*4th year start-up, finalizing engineering on this proprietary production facility. No income/bank statements, and looking for unsecured loan. I know this one is tough one.

No collateral, no bank statements, and these guys have been bleeding cash for the last 4 years on a promise of an order? sorry to say but this deal is a loser.
dont put more effort on this, it will not happen unless you get an investor in that space who is willing to risk 5M of his hard earn capital and from the sound of it doesnt seem like you know any.

LOI have no value, and sounds like those PO's are based on an expected result which he need that 5M to reach.

my advice, i'd drop this file like a hot potato and put my effort in something else.
