I have a competitive deal that was structured with Kapitus originally through another ISO. The merchant has a 12 month term, weekly payment, but a substantial discount if they pre-pay within 90 days. 700 scores, $600K monthly deposits, in the insurance industry.

Anyone out there that can get creative for an early pay off you guys know of? The factor rate is a 1.3

At Fox if they pay off within 30 days it's an 8 point discount, 6 points for 60 days, and 4 points for 90 days.

yeah except they approve nothing now adays. Have not gotten a new deal done with them in over a year.

Definitely beat them with Bluevine on this one! Their term loan at 6 months can go way under 1.3 and the LOC is amortized and prepayment gets rid of the remaining interest. Pays only 3 points, but then they'll use it again and again you can be sure.
