Thanks for the shoutout. RDM is happy to buy out 2nds (and sometimes 3rds as well) if it make sense and the merchant will net 50%, but usually capped at around $75k total buyout

We will consolidate 2nd and 3rd's with a net 50% rule. We would need the balance to get down to around $100k - $150k to consider.
