Steve Sheinbaum Wasn't he one of the old owners of WBL?

Anyone have experience working with him or Circadian Funding?

I'm getting emails that they are doing these crazy deals.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Two emails a day. Everyday. The funny thing is I always read the emails because the fundings listed are impressive.

I think they just have some very solid sources to go to. I don’t think they’re direct though

Great company. They have some pretty exclusive lead sources and Steve is Legit. Sounds out some great emails every day with solid examples. Not sure why though?

Steve is legit and so is Circadian. Good company with great guys working there. A lot of old MCC people, they all know the industry and have been doing this a long time

I'm aware, he's a personal friend of mine. He's very methodical and there's logic in his moves, trust.

From what i understand most of his lead sources are backdoor or lender declines, hence why the guy is killing it.

Accurate. Plus guy has been in this game longer than almost everyone on this board. He's just seasoned, and damn good at what he does.
