Is there anyone aside from LCF that funds defaulted deals that were paid in full? I am not talking about the 20 day 20% psf lenders. I know its a long shot but I am looking for a lender that would do longer than, for instance, a 40 day deal.

Usually satisfied defaults, not open ones. I don't know of anyone funding open defaults.

Anyone funding prior defaults isn't using their own cash to fund. All poor shmuck syndicators that have been promised massive returns and have no clue their money is being put into garbage deals.

There is other lenders too, but all depends on type of deal.

Dont be alarmed when you will be asked to syndicate on the deal.

I'm familiar with the concept of rebranding. I worked for Paramount Merchant Funding years before they rebranded into Fora Financial. & it doesn't score cool points to know which shops revamped into which, I know them all too. & Viking did tank, hence... their necessity of having to change the image in the first place.
