Yes. Be aware some of the Medical Factors will charge an upfront fee upon term sheet even some banks we have worked with. Depends on the facility size but upfront fees for DD can run 5-15k.
I dont think Alleon has upfront fees just the factors that do larger deals $5M+ deals.
