Buyer looking for 2MM to buy Restaurant
I have a buyer who is looking to buy a 16 year old restaurant for 2MM. He has another company which he would pledge.

Hey Tom...
Skin in the game, earnings, and other collateral will likely be important for something like this. Restaurants typically only have 'Goodwill', their Lease, and walk in box as collateral on the balance sheet. A bank in the area where the restaurant is located will also help- if they have a strong following/reputation.
