Church Financing: Purchase of property it rents on

Please email us any contact for direct lender for Churches. We have a church property purchase that it has been renting. They also want to rehab it. Not worth going direct. The classic lenders we have access to aren't accessible. From what I understand, the lenders are mainly insurance companies.

wont happen, there isn't anyone that wants to foreclose on a church - trust me, we've been there...you can do a quick google and there is one company that does it based on re value and tithing estimate.

FYI - churchloans.net are brokers, but they have access to the life insurance funds etc that will do these deals. They will send out a term sheet with two sets of fees, yours and theirs.
