These types of salespeople generally do very well with average unit sizes of $10-30K.

Once you start venturing into the $100K+ deals, it requires much more sophistication and b2b sales skills.

Good on him for finding a style that works to push small units. Cheesy and maybe fake, but at least entertaining.

While this kid's friends are probably flipping burgers or playing Fortnite, he's managed to go from zero to $205,000 in less than a year working from his parents' basement. He may be rough around the edges but his confidence is sky high and he can only get better with practice. Kudos to him!

They also excel at minecraft and dungeons and dragons. There's an excellent documentary series on them called Stranger Things. Well worth the watch.

I hired a sales agent that worked for this guy for 2 weeks until he didn't get paid his first commission and left. The guy literally has 2 agents at the office and there is no way he is funding that amount when he is letting new agents work a $6K default deal at 1.499 for 10 days

Took the words out of my mouth. It's such an odd article, and there's nothing newsworthy about it.

I think he and or his company are doing more than what the article says.
I have funded a handful of okay and solid files for him, ranging from small to quite large.

Definitely a character and Definitely smarter than the impression he might give from his online presence.
Unconventional but I think he has a passion for MCA and no ill will in him

I'm sure Debanked will write about anything, if you haven't noticed. They don't have the greatest of articles.

But props to the kid though. Everyone is knocking on his hustle meanwhile we all started at the bottom trying to learn, he went out and did it on his own. Bravo!
