I have business in SC looking for a refi.

He owns the building and land outright (says worth 2.5MM no appraisal current)

Has a construction loan at 12% with interest only payments of $7,800/month with a balance of 750K. He is looking for 850K to pay off the construction loan and clear some cash flow money.

Any real estate backed lenders here?
