To all true and sad story:

We arranged to consolidate- with one of our partners- a construction firm with 3 advances totaling 150k with 250k over 12 months at 1.28. Yes Construction 12 months 1.28!!!

Client didn’t believe we could do it so he took 10 months at 1.36 instead.

We showed our Partner the clients path to a long term loan so they were more than willing to put $ out there. Same partner has done 600k over 18 months at 1.3 for us after we arranged a long term loan for a client.

Yeah we do not solicit MCA work here- nor are we in this instance- as the group we work with that offered this deal is a Family Office that specializes in Commercial Real Estate- but LOVES the returns on Businesses when they can see an exit strategy- similar to CRE.

If it makes sense to deploy Capital- people will. We do work other Broker Shops- predominantly on Bank deals- as that is not their focus/specialty.
