I know this is a longshot

Are there any lenders that will fund a mexican national that is in the process of getting their visa card. Merchant has been here 10 years with an ITTN, has no valid government ID, other than a picture ID from the Illinois State Gaming commission. All other forms of ID are all Mexican ID's (drivers license, passport.

Merchant currently does around 150k to 200k a month, however the issue is no one can fund without the valid ID. and he can't obtain one as his immigration lawyer is advising him to wait until he gets his VISA

Any input would be greatly appreciated

We just funded an ITIN merchant last month. They are case by case, has to be a credit card split deal.
