I need a place for this deal. I have a restaurant that owns the building they operate out of. He is free and clear on the building. Value is $325k. Looking to get $100k, maybe a little less.

Want to see if there are any recommendations on who will do a hard money loan on a commercial property.

While we're on the topic, can someone please help explain to me why free-standing restaurants aren't deals that real estate lenders like doing?
