    Lowest Net Rule

2 positions with balances totaling $59,000.
Restaurant averaging $63,000 for past 3 months.

I am aware the balances are too high at this time to refinance but what funder has the lowest net rule?

    Thank you in advance,
    Mike

I dunno about Rapid, Just had a Merchant who had to Pay down on his own for a Renewal to Fund.

They definitely wont let a merchant net 0

    Lendvo has a 0-net rule.

That doesn't mean a stright-refi like this is easy though. On this file we wouldn't even consider a zero-net until the balances were down to $50k. We'd also need to be able to save the merchant a lof of money in terms of cash drain from debt servicing.

Could be easier though if merchant was willing to switch processing and can show a profitable 2018 corp return.

    Stray far from Principis.

Rapid has called my apps 45 days later.

Be wary bud. Quarterspot has a low % net rule, as do others, just do some research..
