    made a 250f offer

I have a deal. Merchant was approved for 250 by forward but only took 160k. I have several offers for 250k which is what merchant needs but he will not do a COJ. is there anyone who will fund this deal without a COJ?

the only people i know who are still using COJ's is LCF. I could be wrong but after the bloomberg pieces people are staying away.
I put my contact info in here, and
was bombarded with spam from funders

CFG Stopped using COJ's all together a while ago - i did a 220k deal yesterday without a COJ. Should be able to get you what you need here especially if another funder approved for that amount.

    Give me a call.

Bro, Nothing Changed. Most are still using COJ's. Some in NY. Some in Utah, some in PA.

One Lender doubles up NY and Utah - For when it actually gets signed by governor they just file in utah

Listen if you are funding that much you should be able to afford to pay your workers and not force them to charge extra fees. Also go answer the peak solution thread that you started or shut up already

while you wait all this time arent you worried the merchant is shopping around? CFG is definitely a good option but you have a 160k no coj offer in hand from a really good company. Close it get paid and move on to the next deal. I wonder how many deals are lost by companies looking for a little bit bigger offer when they have a good deal in hand

You know damn well this merchant is funding tomorrow with someone else (if they didn’t already today).

They already have a first position. They arent new to the process.
