I'm trying to find ideas on how to better incentivize my team.
Starting off, we give big splits on CM.
In addition, we give bonus's on x amount of apps for each rep each week/most apps for the rep per week.
We give bonus's on total funding amounts reached per rep for the month (must hit certain numbers).

However, we have our managers who have a large split, and split that with new reps coming in.

What's the best way to give incentive for future growth with new reps, or reward managers on performance?

Everyone rep wants to know there is more room for future growth. Problem is, on offering big splits to compensate no base, there is no more room to offer higher splits.

I think we have a good structure thus far, but would love some other ideas that might work.

Consider sending them home, reduce overhead to pennies and let them eat what they kill on a negotiated split. Don't pay anyone for apps in. Surprise them with bonuses and respect them. Educate via conference call weekly. To start.
